Ken Sakagami

Hello, everyone.

My name is Ken Sakagami from Fukuoka, Japan.
I graduated from a culinary school there and
learned Japanese, Chinese, Italian and French cuisines.

Then I worked at hotels, bars, yakitori restaurants, cafes and sushi restaurants.
I love to make people happy with my dishes and services.

Simplicity is the characteristic of my cooking.
I cook with as little seasoning as possible
in order to preserve the taste and flavor of ingredients.
When you eat my dishes, you will understand what I mean.
I also take cuisines from various countries and 
fuse them with my mainly Japanese dishes.
